Hello there!
The past couple of months had been pretty eventful and a blog update is long overdue. Here is what we’ve been up to!

We moved. And we’ve been nesting, it’s so nice to start fresh.

Our new neighborhood offers miles and miles of bike paths and parks. We love exploring the area on our two wheels.

We celebrated my new home country at Eat Drink Americano. Sounded fitting : )
And how awesome is their chalkboard wall. Amazing typography and delicious sandwiches. Stop by if you ever in LA’s Arts District.

Recovery Pledge
Our company is in its final two weeks of a crowdfunding campaign. We’re raising money to build a social enterprise platform to help small businesses across the nation get back on their feet after a disaster. We believe that with a help of concern customers, who love the Made in America brand and Buying Local movement, small businesses can better recover from a disaster. I’d like to invite you to take a look and help us reach our goal. Together we can make a difference! Both Chris and I thank you for your support.

Weekend in Chicago

We had the most amazing time in Chicago! The city has so much to offer, and we wished for more time to explore. Here is just a few things we did over the weekend…

We walked a ton…

Visited the Millennium Park

Took portraits with the Bean…

Enjoyed lunch on the 95th floor at the Signature Room

Admired the firework show from our room at Fairmont

Grabbed some necessary elevator selfies, ha!…

Witnessed these two awesome people get married…

And lastly, had a great time exploring the Wicker Park neighborhood.

Can’t wait to see you again, Chi-Town!

Independence Day, 2014

Happy 4th of July to all of you celebrating!

We are off to Chicago. I’m super excited because it’s my first time in the Windy City and it’s our friends’ wedding weekend! I’ll be back next week with lots of photos. In the meantime, here is what we were up to four years ago!

*Photo above was taken at the National Mall in Washington, D.C. in July, 2009. What a great memory.

To the desert and back

Well, here is a photo evidence that we did take a spontaneous trip to the desert this weekend. And it was amazing. After a dinner at Lord Fletcher’s (always a must while in Palm Springs area), we enjoyed some pool time at the hotel and in the morning drove back to LA through the San Jacinto Mountains. It was incredible to see how quickly the landscape changes. We were both very impressed. Next day, we rented some bikes in Venice and enjoyed the ride along the ocean side. And that’s our Memorial Day weekend report. Hope yours was equally adventurous and fun.

Love the open road. Reminded us so much of a European scenery

Top of a car makes for a pretty decent tripod

So pretty

Back by the ocean for some bike rides

Exploring Abbott Kinney in Venice

Made us laugh. The power of great branding
